On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

Lead Status getting blank after Lead processing activity


We have created a lead and did not perform the qualification assessment. When the lead processing activity runs, it makes the status blank for those leads. Actually it should not update the status since the leads do not fall under the qualification criteria.

This is happening to all leads whose current status is unqualified and no qualification is performed.

To reproduce the issue:
Create a lead
Make sure the qualification status is unqualified
Go to Lead processing activities
Run a qualification processing activity
Check the lead
Status will be updated to blank
