Symptoms

We need to compare the existing value and the new value being entered to compare the PrimaryEmailAddress. This is not working as expected using the function 'getOriginalAttributeValue'.

getorginalAttribute is not pulling the attribute value before being modified for PrimaryEmailAddress and thus causing issues.

This was working in previous releases
