When Trying to Open a Program's Summary: "The system could not process your request..." (Doc ID 2613527.1)

On Unifier : Version 19.8

Where a 'Program' is a workspace in between the Company Workspace and Projects/Shells that data from various projects/shells can be consolidated:

Expected Result

After creating a Program the user should be able to open the Summary node at run-time.

Actual Result

The following Unifier Notification pops up:

"The system could not process your request.
Logging in again may help in some cases.
Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems."

Something similar to the following can be found in the Unifier log files:

#c<Exception> unifier:/sys/report/program/dashboard/processing throws an exception at file:///sys/report/dashboard/action.xml:22:
[root] org.apache.velocity.exception.ParseErrorException: Encountered "-" at /sys/report/dashboard/main.vm[line 30, column 13]
Was expecting one of:
"[" ...
"=" ...

Business Impact

Because of this the user cannot access the Program's Summary
