Symptoms

When attempting to send an invoice from OSN to the Fusion environment
the following error occurs.

Unable to find Service Provider


STEPS


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Send invoice to environment through OSN
2. Receive error

Changes

 Partially implementing a new method of communicating invoices may cause this issue
