Users in WebCenter Portal Cloud Service Configured with SAML2 and IDCS Get Sporadic "Error 403 – Forbidden" When Doing Login (Doc ID 2613897.1)

Symptoms


Users are able to login to WebCenter Portal Cloud Service using SAML2 / IDCS integration,
but after some period of time no one is able to login and they get the following error:


ERROR


Error 403 – Forbidden

Issue is corrected after restarting the managed server.
