Information in this document applies to any platform.
When creating workflow Business Process record and/or line item data using CSV file import:
Data element fields added to the integration interface should contain values that meet the design of the form(s) being used in the creation step of the workflow.
Depending on the design of the form the following may be observed:
- Some values included in the CSV file will not be populated
- Some values included in the CSV file will not be correct, including the Publish Path which results in files being deposited into the wrong folder within the Document Manager
It is noted that when the data is created manually through the UI that the values are correct.
