IDCS Native Users Unable to Connect to OAC Essbase Cubes from Smart View. (Doc ID 2614051.1)

Symptoms

When trying to connect to OAC Essbase through Smart View using an IDCS Native user name getting error message:

Error : Unable to connect to the provider.

Users are able to use their SSO credentials to connect to Essbase cube in Smart View.
