Pension Automatic Enrolment (PAE) process failed with below error

PAYROLL REL ACTION ID 739492690 lineText Pension Update Process : PAE flex update failed during commit - ERROR : oracle.jbo.JboException: JBO-HRX:::HRX_GBCMN_PAE_POSTPONT_USED: HRX-1560884An active postponement type of worker postponement was already applied to this employee.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When an PAE process was run for a new joiner it correctly applied the Worker postponement and postponed the employee for 3 months.
The Postponement end date was 19/10/2019 , which is period end date

2. In the period when the employee was to re-assessed for PAE, the employee was terminated ( Termination date 22/10/2019).
The employee was on annual salary of 20000 GBP.

3. We have set "Automatic Enrolment if Notice given" to Exclude.
4. When PAE process was run for pay period 32 2019 Lunar Month start date 20/10/2019 end date 16/11/2019 , it failed with the error above
