Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, UK - United Kingdom Legislation

When attempting to Schedule and Submit HMRC File Submission Process,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
3001: The submission of this document has failed due to departmental specific business logic in the Body tag.
7806: This submission cannot be accepted as it does not fall within the eligible filing period
A system error occurred during processing. Contact your help desk.
An application error occurred. An assertion failure was detected at location ReportUtils.callJavaClass:5.
HMRC-PAYE-RTI-FPS submit error; CorrelationID was 68FC3EF6B614B6AB521EAEC5A696E1

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Payroll Checklist > Task > Submit a Process or Report
2) Select the Flow Pattern “HMRC File Submission Process”
3) Filled in the Parameters as shown below and Submit the process
Note that last two steps, "Enter Flow Interaction" and "Schedule", were skipped.
