When attempting to update an existing Recruiting Job Application via Oracle Fusion HCM REST API end point POST operation as outlined in the following document:

  • REST API for HCM Cloud
  • Chapter:  Recruiting Job Applications
  • Section:  Allows a candidate to move an application to an specific state and phase
