After terminating an employee via Oracle Fusion HCM REST API Worker end point as instructed via URL

the associated user account is still active.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

the process of terminating employees via REST APIs should update the user account to become inactive

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Terminate employee via REST APIs
2. Observe that associated user account is still active
