On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Data Load
After upgrade to R13 19D, and when attempting to update specific assignment attribute for existing records on a custom HSDL Worker-related Spreadsheet Template, the following error occurs.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. upgrade to R13 19D
2. attempt to update an existing assignment record's Union Member Flag value via the HSDL Worker-related Spreadsheet Template
3. Encounter error message above
