Orders Loading Indefinitely On The Agent UI (Doc ID 2614337.1)

Certain orders are loading indefinitely on the agent UI. No particular error is being thrown on the UI, but the loading icon keeps spinning forever and the order page is not loaded.

The steps to reproduce this behavior are listed below:

1. Log into the Agent Console

2. Access the "Orders" tab

3. Search for a particular order number. The order will be listed under the "Orders Results" section

4. Click on the listed order number

5. You would expect to see the order details. However, the spinner keeps loading indefinitely.

When checking the console messages on the browser Developer Tools, the following errors can be seen:
