ADF Error/Blank screen While Accessing Contact Page (Doc ID 2614423.1)

Symptoms

Issue contact module - page contacts for a specific user <USER NAME>

You have been presenting issues with a contact module, more specifically in the contacts home page when logged in using a specific user <USER NAME>. When You try to access, it returns a error message, the message says "ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with: ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #1".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OSC using <USER NAME>
2. Navigate to Contacts
3. Getting an ADF error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The User <USER NAME> can not create,edit/access contacts from contacts home page.
