WebClock Clock Losing Time, Punches are not correctly reflected on TimeCard (Doc ID 2614472.1)

WebClock appears to be losing several minutes of time. For example: Clocking in and coming back 30 minutes later and the time clock said they had only worked 21 minutes, not 30.
