Re-logging after Timeout in Agent Console causes missing Shopper details in agentCustomerDetails layout and missing Profile ID in URL. (Doc ID 2614538.1)

Symptoms

In the Agent Console, specifically agentCustomerDetails Layout, The profile Id goes missing from the URL when switching profile details tabs, also, in the network calls, we can see X-CCAgentContext is also lost.

In case the Agent is logged out, The console redirects to the login page, and Profile details load blanks after re-login.
