Validations when changing Prospect to Customer (Doc ID 2614542.1)

On : version, Data Quality, Customer Hub

There are validations that ensure when a sales account is changed to Customer type that certain values are provided (conditionally required based an Type (SalesProfileType)).
Some are getting the Customer usage but still have the Prospect type which prevents any updates to the account.

How to resolve this?
