Rainbow Pallet (Mixed Item Pallet) Is Not Honoring Max Volume and Max Weight Configured On The Ship Unit Spec (as THU) (Doc ID 2614559.1)

Goal

When OTM is a building mixed item pallet (rainbow pallet), you are expecting OTM to use constraint that you put on the pallet (Ship Unit Spec As THU) - Max Weight and Max Volume.

It seems OTM is only respecting the Max Weight, not the Max Volume. This leads to the pallet OTM builds exceed the volume limit.
