ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Activity Remarks text sent from OFSC to CCS is not available in CCS after Activity Completion

Completion Information from OIC: has CLOSURE_NOTES which is Remarks text field that was passed from OFSC.

Issue: Activity Remarks text sent from OFSC to CCS is not available in CCS after Activity Completion.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Activity Remarks text sent from OFSC to CCS should be available in CCS after Activity Completion.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Activity for Service Investigation
2. Complete the Activity in OFSC
3. Enter Remarks text during OFSC completion.
