Import Revenue Lines - Mark BU and cut-off date as Mandatory Parameters with a *

Client is asking why BU and cut-off date are not with a * even though they are mandatory. We tried to update the parameters as mandatory/required but unable to update the seeded job parameters.

If there is any ER already existing for this please share one.
