Symptoms
When attempting to perform web service calls, the following error is returned in the XML Response:
ERROR

ORA-00942: table or view does not exist
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the Soap UI application
2. Enter the web service call criteria
3. Execute the web service call
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform web service calls.
Changes
The environment data was recently refreshed from the Production environment to the environment where the error is occurring.
