Data Load Rule Is Failing With Error Invalid Column Name With Power User login (Doc ID 2615139.1)

Symptoms

When Power user loads data with load method "All data types with security" load is failing with ERROR Invalid column name.
Same load is running fine with admin login.

With Power user It is working fine when the the load method is set to "Numeric data only" but the business rule attached to the data load is not running.
