Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Item supply demand didn't reflect supply of open PO for specific item.Business observed that supply of one item wasn't appearing in Item supply demand UI and this was reflecting in Min-Max planning report. 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
supply of open PO should visible in Review supply and demand UI

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create PO
2. Check the incoming receipt in Receive Expected receipts UI
3. Run the Min-Max planning report where supply is visible
4. Check the supply of open PO in Review Item Supply and Demand UI
