Steps For Addressing VB and Co-located Services Communication Failure OWSM Error:WSM-00062 (Doc ID 2615229.1)

Purpose

When VBCS fails to communicate with co-located services (PCS, Integrations) or FA services, and the error code is one of 401 or 403, and one sees that relevant exceptions in the server logs are showing messages like the following, then potentially an IDCS certificate is missing or wrong in OWSM keystore.

 User who has Administrative access to Cloud Account can perform following task.
