Symptoms
One or more journal reports have been created. In the Reports card in FCCS, under the Journal Reports tab, if these reports are clicked (so that they can be reviewed/edited), FCCS immediately logs out. Additionally, an error might occur when trying to run the reports: "An unknown error has occurred".
