Symptoms

When attempting to create a CPQ quote from a Salesforce Opportunity, the following error occurs:

During commerce integration Process ID: xxxxx, Name: SFDC Opportunity - Import
{value}: Document does not exist on {Process Name} process.

Changes

This may occur after changes to the Opportunity Import result parser XSL, or after upgrading to CPQ version 19C.
