When attempting to Create Accounting from "Create Taxable Transactions in Spreadsheet" the process ends with following error:

Details: A system error has occurred in the program xla_fsn_acct_parent_pkg.batch_accounting, ERROR: Subledger Accounting Options are not defined for this ledger and application.Please run Update Subledger Accounting Options program for your application..
Action: Contact Oracle Support for assistance.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: General Accounting > Journals > Create Taxable Transactions in Spreadsheet
2. Populate the FBDI records > generate CSV file
3. Load interface file for import
4. Import External transactions to the tax repository
> Create Accounting program is automatically triggered
