Cannot Put Away Receipt (Doc ID 2615710.1)

An RMA has been created in OM. Within Inventory i am able to create the receipts via 'Manage Expected Receipts' however i am unable to find the receipt when searching for the record within 'Put Away Receipts' so i unable able continue the transactional process.
