OMC : Changing The Region In Console Show "Current Region" (Doc ID 2615745.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Management Cloud (OMC), If customer had more than 1 instances created in different regions.
Trying to change the region the page loads and gets switched to the region page but at the top right corner of the page it show "Current region".

For example:
If we are having 2 Instances (1 PHX / 1 ASH).
It should show PHX or ASH based on the region selected. But it just shows "Current Region".
