Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to set Orange and Blue indicators for Claims (Financials). All other indicators are working fine.

When we navigate to Actions -> Utilities -> Set Indicator -> Orange/Blue,

we get a notification that the indicator has been
set for the claim ID. However, the indicator remains unchanged.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Indicator color should get changed to Orange/Blue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select claims > utilities > set indicator
2. Select Orange indicator
3. check the color status.
