Goal

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Microsoft Office 365

O365 - Calls under resource Connections

We need to understand what are Calls whne looking at an existing Contact in the O365 Add-in > Connections > notice the Phone call icon.
Are these Phone Calls or Call Reports? Or “Log a call” activities?

You can view interactions from the current month back to the first email, appointment, or *call* logged against the contact.

You can also select a specific month or year to view activity history for that point in time.
