When tried to use Review Count Interface Records ADFDI, system popup error. Due to this issue, unable to review cycle count interface records via ADFDI

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. (N) Supply Chain Execution->Inventory Management->Count->Review Count Interface Records

2. Download the ADFDI

3. Open the downloaded ADFDI

4. System popup error.
