Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Release buy Planned Order from MRP Workbench didn't created Purchase Requisition

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should create purchase requisition.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to Plan > Supplies and Demands
2.search for Puchase Item （Planned Order)
3.Mark for release
4.Save
5.Action->Release

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Planner not able find the purchase requisitions generated from Planning
