Manual Tier Change - Approval Process (Doc ID 2616410.1)

Goal

For the manual tier change that happens in Oracle Loyalty Cloud, we need to have approval process in place. Meaning, the user performing the manual tier change should only be able to submit the request for tier change to his manager, and once the manager approves the request, that should result in tier change of the member.

How can we achieve this ?
