Issue with After Transaction posted Trigger of Account

While creating a Partner on clicking Save and Continue, we are getting a custom error which is written on After Transaction posted Trigger of Account. Ideally this trigger should not be running for partner as it is of Account.

The same behavior is seen while creating contact also.
