Information in this document applies to any platform.
When attempting to log into production environment (cloud connect),
the following error occurs. Affecting ALL users.
Unable to connect to database. Please run the database configuration assistant or contact your administrator.
NOTE: In this scenario all users were able to login to P6 Professional previously.
