Symptoms

In Oracle Financial Consolidation And Close Cloud Service(FCCS), when a Journal export action is performed(via Navigate -> Journal -> Actions -> Export), only an empty(Journals.jlf) file is generated and then Export gets failed.

There are no detailed error messages captured in the Job Console for this activity.
