UPS Shipments Not Manifesting

We are currently unable to manifest and ship UPS shipments.  The orders are set up to auto manifest once the OBLPN is closed but they do not. When we try to manifest them manually, we receive the following error message.


(u'Invalid carrier/integrator response - ClientAn exception has been raised as a result of client data.

The Shippers shipper number cannot be used for the shipment', <class 'pyserver.common.suds.WebFault'>, WebFault(u"Server raised fault: 'An exception has been raised as a result of client data.'",))
