Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Contact Email Validation script triggering when it shouldn't be. When trying to manipulate any field on a Contact, the Object Validation script is firing, preventing any changes, even with a valid email. This is only happening on some Contacts.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Contact Email Validation should only be triggered when trying to add an invalid email to a Contact.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Sales Cloud.
2. Navigate to Contacts.
3. Change Contact owner.
4. Email Validation is triggered, preventing change.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change details on some Contacts.
