Symptoms


CSV Upload is performed to create many rate records and they are working perfectly fine
After this activity, user is unable to create any new rate record via User Interface.

Below error is seen:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to create new rate record and enter rate offering and update details and click finish
2. Above error is seen
