Unable to Substitute an LPN (Doc ID 2617211.1)

When executing the picking tasks for a work order (using RF), and trying to select a different LPN, get pop-up window with error message:

Sub LPN not an exact match


1)  Log into the RF handheld device.
2)  Select the 'Move LPN' screen.
3)  Enter the task number.
4)  Note the LPN Nbr, Item, and Qty shown on the screen.
5)  Enter a different LPN for the same item, but different quantity.
6)  Note the following error message shown on the screen: Sub LPN not an exact match
