Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
WorkOrdersService is not extracting material from work definition

We are using workOrdersService webservice & createWorkOrder operation to create work orders.
As per our understanding subinventory information will be drawn from work definition if we do not feed this info to web service. But somehow webservice is picking wrong subinventory (other than the one defined in work definition).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Work Order created through web services should pick supply subinventory from Work definition.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created Sales Order
2.Using the web services creating a work order from Sales Order
3. Open the sales order and could see that Raw material is picking subinventory from manage plant parameters which is different from Work Definition.
