Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Contract Authoring

Contract Approval stuck with status 'Pending Approval' whereas the related BPM workflow is set up


One error message identified when trying to review the approvers at contract submition: 'Error occurred while displaying History tree table. Error in task {0}. Please correct the error'. However this message does not prevent the contract from being submitted for approval.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Submit contract for approval

2. Expand approvers, see error

3. Submit for approval , see that the contract is pending approval.

Due to this issue, users cannot approve contracts .
