Symptoms

On the Process Requisition screen, the Category Name column displays two times.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Go to Procurement
2.  Click on Purchase Orders > Task Menu
3.  Click on Process Requisitions
4.  Click on a Requisition
5.  Click View > Columns > Show All
6.  Category Name column appears twice
