Symptoms

Import Compensation Plan with plan component name or performance measure name that contains special character ( eg. % + ) causes error.

ERROR
oracle.jbo.AttrValException: JBO-27014: Attribute GoalName in GoalTranslationEO is required.
oracle.jbo.AttrSetValException: JBO-FND:::FND_CMN_RCRD_VAL:<MESSAGE><NUMBER></NUMBER><TEXT>A record with the value Commercializzato differenziale esclusa vendita STPA AVZ % already exists. Enter a unique
value.</TEXT><CAUSE></CAUSE><ACTION></ACTION><DETAILS></DETAILS><INCIDENT></INCIDENT></MESSAGE>

STEPS
1. Create compensation plan with plan component name containing plus sign ( + ) and  performance measure name containing percent sign ( % )
2. Export the compensation plan to xml file
3. Import the compensation plan into another instance where these objects do not exist already.
    Navigator > Compensation Plans > Manage Compensation Plan Import Processes
    With options :
       No object Name Prefix provided.
       No object Name Suffix provided.
       No New Start Date provided.
       No New End Date provided.
       Conflict Resolution Option is REUSE
