"Effective Date" and "Expiration Date" Cleared After Creating A New Document (Doc ID 2617548.1)

Symptoms

Creating a new Document clears the entered "Effective Date" and "Expiration
Date"

1. Navigate to Business Process Automation -> Document Manager
2. Click New
3. Select Document Type
4. Click on "Document Detail"
5. Enter ID of your choosing
6. Enter Effective Date
7. Enter Expiration Date
8. Click "Upload"
9. Browse for file
10. Click Finished
11. Click "Edit" to edit the new document

Notice the Effective Date an Expiration Date fields are empty.
