ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The users are not able to find Financial Reports (FRS reports) in Financial Reporting Center (FRC)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The users should be able to search for FRS reports from FRC.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a report in " /shared/Custom/Financials"
2. Open FRC
3. Click on All tab
4. Search the report with the name.
