DFF values are not validated by FBDI spreadsheet used for Customer Upload (Doc ID 2617790.1)

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Customer Data

There is any validation on the DFF values fields, when these DFF details are imported on customers using FBDI?

Steps To Reproduce:
1.The customer has create a Flexfield On Customer Screen Should Contain Value Set For Salesperson.
2.In Manage Resource the customer has a resource name with capital letters.
3.The customer update the Account Site details for an AR customer using FBDI > populate the Attribute3 = resource name with small letters
