19D UPD - Address Approval notification does not display complete address information (Doc ID 2617798.1)

On : 11.13.19.10.0 version, Global Human Resources

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Prior to Release 19D, classic notifications for address change transactions displayed all lines of both the current and proposed addresses. After 19D, BIP notifications only displays the address lines that have been changed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Change Address BIP notifications should display the entire address, not just the lines that were changed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a change address transaction
2. Verify the approval notification only displays the lines of the address that were changed.
