Fusion Absence Management: Qualified Entitlement, Used and Remaining Entitlement Is not Showing Properly (Doc ID 2618640.1)

The Qualified entitlement and Remaining entitlement of Qualification plan is not displayed properly in Manage Absence Records page.

Steps to Reproduce :
1. Person Management , search out one person
2. Open Manage Absence Records task
3. Check Qualified Plan section, Qualified entitlement and Remaining entitlement. Used values are displayed as 0.

Expected is the Qualified entitlement and Remaining entitlement should match with the leave record of the person.
